No. Eligible orders include free ground shipping and free unloading service. Our logistics team coordinates directly with the carrier so your equipment is unloaded and placed at ground level in a clear, accessible area.
You do not need to provide a forklift or lifting equipment. Any third-party unloading services arranged independently are at the customer’s own cost and are not reimbursable by SEMCO.
Depending on address accessibility, SEMCO arranges one of the following:
Flatbed with forklift delivery: Your equipment is moved to the local hub, loaded on a flatbed with an onboard forklift, then unloaded and placed at ground level in your driveway or designated unloading area.
Final mile delivery service: For more complex locations, a final mile provider uses a tilt bed or similar method to position the machine as close to your building or worksite as safely possible.
Free shipping and unloading apply to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us in advance for a custom freight quote and to confirm service availability.

Non-defective returns may incur restocking fees depending on condition, and customers are responsible for all return shipping and crating costs (including wooden crates for heavy equipment). Manufacturing defects or damage discovered at delivery are handled under our warranty policy with free parts replacement or repairs as outlined in the warranty terms.
