What types of equipment does Semco offer?
Semco provides a full range of construction and agricultural machinery — including excavators, loaders, dumpers, mowers, tractors, and more. We also carry attachments, parts, and accessories.
Are your attachments compatible with other brands?
Yes. Semco attachments are compatible with Kubota, Bobcat, JCB, John Deere, Caterpillar, and most major compact machinery brands.
Where are your products shipped from?
All equipment is shipped from our main warehouse in Chenoa, Illinois, or from partner facilities for faster regional delivery.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Processing: 2–5 business days.
Shipping: 6–13 business days.
Total Delivery: 8–18 business days depending on your location.
Do I receive tracking updates?
Yes, tracking information is sent via email once your order leaves our warehouse — typically within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
What is the return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Do I need unloading equipment?
Most LTL deliveries require customer unloading. We recommend using a forklift or telehandler. Liftgate service may be available upon request.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer an optional Express Freight Upgrade that reduces delivery time by 3–5 days. Contact SALES@SEMCOGROUP.US for a quote.
What warranty comes with your products?
All equipment includes a 1–2 year limited warranty. Extended warranty options are available for select models. Coverage includes major components and manufacturing defects.
What happens if I receive a damaged shipment?
Please document the damage on the carrier’s BOL and contact us immediately at SALES@SEMCOGROUP.US. We’ll coordinate repairs, replacement, or claim assistance.
Do you offer financing options?
We accept all major credit cards and Shop Pay installments. Financing through approved partners may be available upon request.
Are replacement parts available?
Yes. We maintain an extensive OEM and aftermarket parts inventory. Provide your serial number, and our support team will assist in sourcing the correct part.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for select equipment. Please email us for a custom freight quote and export documentation.

Can I pick up my order directly?
For safety reasons, direct warehouse pickup is not available. We can arrange terminal-hold delivery at your nearest freight terminal.
