Do I need a forklift or unloading equipment?
Yes. Most freight deliveries require the customer to unload. Forklifts or telehandlers are recommended; liftgate service may be available on request.
What warranty coverage is included?
All Semco equipment includes a 1–2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended coverage options may be available for select models.
What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.
